Shipping & Delivery
Information is relevant for all deliveries within Australia: We are very happy to offer all of our customers FREE delivery for all orders over $50. At Bronze we offer a variety of delivery options, and chose to use reputable couriers such as TNT, Couriers Please and Startrack to deliver your goods, please allow 2-4 business days for delivery, but orders placed before 12pm can generally arrive the next day. All purchases under $50 are charged at a flat $6.95 delivery fee, no matter where you live, all orders are sent Express. In certain cases some deliveries must be signed for, but generally our couriers have an 'Authority To Leave'. We suggest delivery to a home or business address where someone is available to collect the delivery during business hours. If required, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to sign for and accept the delivery. As we use couriers for deliveries we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. If  in the case that you must sign for your delivery and you are not present at the time of delivery a note will be left alerting you to collect your goods from the nearest Depot,  you have a short period of time to do so. If you do not collect your parcel, it will be sent back to Bronze, and you will be responsible for paying the return sending fees. Returns & Replacements
Items must be returned within 10 days of original dispatch date in its original condition and include all original packaging. This return policy is applicable for change of mind, if you are unhappy with the results of the product and lack of expertise for use of product, we will refund you 100% of the original purchase price in the form of a credit, which will be issued via a coupon. The coupon can be used to deduct the refund amount from your next purchase, and redeemable at the 'check-out'. We recommend you utilise registered post as we do not take responsibility for items not received if you attempt to send an item via non-registered post. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for products not purchased through our online store. We cannot exchange product for a product not within our Bronze product range.

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary by logging into “Customer Login” (if you have an account) or please check your email junk folder, your confirmation email may have ended up in there. Your shipping address can be changed as long as your order has not left the warehouse, most orders are despatched on the day of placing the order, so we urge you to update the delivery details as soon as you can.
